Live music is back! Offbeat is partnering with Towpath Productions to breathe live music into the Offbeat festival this year. Join us on the towpath as we meander down the Oxford Canal on Progress - Towpath Productions beautiful historic canal tug. The front deck of Progress serves as the perfect floating stage for fabulous Offbeat musicians.
