One again we’re playing at Braunston Historic boat rally, on the Thursday night, just as all the wonderful historic boats are gathering. Make sure you get there early for a walk along the towpath to see all the boats.

Shrewsbury Folk Festival
We’re really excited to be performing at Shrewsbury Folk Festival 2026. It’s a fabulous family friendly and dog friendly festival with a reputation for fantastic eclectic music- including folk, world music americana and a warm and welcoming vibe.
Music stages, dance tent, workshops, sessions, children’s activities, craft stalls, real ale bars and food village. It promises to be really a wonderful weekend. Full weekend and day tickets available.

He will be interviewed by the brilliant James Naughtie and we will be providing a bit of music for the evening.

Three Idle Women ‘A Towpath Through Time’ with the Idle Choir.
St Andrew’s Church, Linton Road Oxford.
Join us for this special concert filled with rich harmonies, evocative lyrics that are rooted in the history and daily rhythms of the Oxford Canal. More than a concert this is an audio visual bonanza with extra guest musicians and songs arranged specially for the Idle choir. There will be a big screen with films and photos celebrating the heritage and the people who live, work, and create on the canal.
A rare opportunity to see Three Idle Women backed by a choir and some brilliant musicians.
Expect an evening of soaring harmonies, joyful singing and evocative storytelling.

Keep Tooleys Afloat
The Banbury Canal festival is a smaller event this year as lots of boats can’t get there with the canal closed. The historic dry dock at Tooleys is putting on a weekend of lovely events and we’re going to be doing a short set on Friday evening. Ticket link here and it’s a suggested donation of £5 or more

Summer Festival Canalside Commnity Food
A Canalside summer festival at the canalside community farm in Radford, Semele, Leamington Spa
